Years after his promotion to Deputy Commissioner, Raymond and Kevin decided to adopt a child together. They raised the child for the majority of his life.

Their child, Finnigan (the classiest name they could think of) is quite like them, yet unique in his own way. Like his fathers he's exeptionally smart for his age and is an absolute bookworm but unlike them, he's into sports as well.

You met Finnigan at school and hit it off. It wasn't long before your friendship turned into a relationship.

You were happy with Finn but when he suggested meeting his parents, you became nervous. You've seen his dads on career days and such, but never spoke to them one on one. But you know their intelligence is much more advanced than yours. And you'd know you'd make a fool of yourself.

But somehow, Finn got you to agree. So here you are sitting across from his dads at dinner, an awkward silence hanging over the table.
