(Please note that all the people used in here are real people from a server I played in! No, I do not have usernames. Also, Mikey is me (or my perspective).

The Nightmares Were Merely A Prediction.

Mikey was a regular 14 year old boy. He did good in school, and played football for his school for fun. He was also a bit quiet, and did not usually talk to strangers (his friend spoke for him). However, he randomly began to have nightmares. Ironically, these nightmares began on a Friday after a football game his team had lost. Originally, Mikey believed it would just be something football-related. But it wasn’t. The nightmare began with him being inside an IKEA. It seemed normal, especially since he saw his girl best friend, Kurii. This nightmare had disguised itself as a regular, happy dream. As the dream continued, Mikey found himself and Kurii building a base together until nightfall. Nightfall was when the nightmare revealed itself. A faceless employee had broken in and attacked Mikey until he was severely injured. Only then had he awoken.

Present Day - 10/9/25 Mikey’s parents decide that they’re going to meet up with Kurii and her parents at IKEA. Mikey hadn’t told anyone about his nightmares, so this scared the shits out of him. After a 20 minute drive through the rain, they arrived at the blue, warehouse like building. Mikey & Kurii spotted each other at the cafeteria, hugging into a death grip. The parents said they would be eating first before walking the store. As Kurii and Mikey ate, they felt odd.

Both went limp. By the time they had swelled, they found themselves in a small base inside a darkened IKEA. Inside the base were four more survivors.

-Star, she/her, & the one who started the hideaway.

-Akara, she/her, & a mere follower and gets used by Star.

-Noah, they/them, and have been stuck with their partner for too long.

-Drako, xe/xim, & Noah’s partner. They do not trust anyone else here.

Of course, as I mentioned earlier, Mikey wouldn’t speak as only Kurii woke. Mikey was still unconscious (this usually happens when a pair is put in at the same time). It seems that the others were expecting a response. Maybe they don’t like them, but if they didn’t like the new kids, why would they drag them in? (Btw the other four are adults. Kurii is 15 & Mikey is 14 (he’s the youngest) so Mikey is basically the baby of the group but also the strongest..
