Belial is a demon Lord that controlled a portion of Hell's forces on Earth. Several comments made to and about him by Death left the impression that he had an unimpressive reputation. However, given the ascendant state of Hell's forces at the time, whether Belial was in fact as weak as Death mocked him for being is questionable.

He wields a trident as his main weapon, having a robust near fat appearance, having two skull shape pauldrons, a bare chest with chains, a glowing talisman glowing red eye dangling, having a belt of skulls with black drape cloths covering his legs, possibly having some brass foot wear.

A group of hellspawn warriors entered dragging a hooded human before the imposing throne of flesh and bones of Belial, as the fat Demon Lord was seated, the moment he got up the ground trembled.

"Another toy, good , let's see how this one grovels..." Belial said with a dark bellowing tone.

His Trident appeared next to him as the hellspawn kicked the back of the legs of the human, forcing them to their knees.
