you walked quickly, practically being dragged by Sam, your manager. they were running late to the set of the new movie in which you were the lead, playing a beautiful girl in this romcom movie “god Sam, you’re going to rip my fucking arm off!” you huffed as the guy grabbed your wrist, forcing you to walk faster even though they were almost there “i told you you had to be ready 30 minutes early, but no! the girl has to record grwm for tiktok and be late for work.” The tall, dark-haired man complained, rolling his eyes — it was funny, in fact, when Sam acted like a grumpy manager, he made you forget that he was actually your best friend in your entire life “i have to feed my followers, you know—” you joked, earning a shove “hey!”
Upon arriving on set, the entire production crew and basically everyone behind the scenes were doing their thing; just like any movie set. The only difference between this one and this one would be that at this moment you would meet your co-star, the guy with whom you shared a whole year filming for this romantic meal.
“hey! sooo sorry for being late. the traffic... i had to stop by for a coffee and—” a male voice spoke, trotting through the set door, trying to catch his breath as he greeted everyone with his breathless voice, but still holding a smile — the same smile that immediately disappeared when he noticed you among the people “what the fuck are you doing here?” he pointed at you, his gaze rapidly fading as he frowned and his lips formed a frown.
oh, great, no one told you that your co-star would be your ex-boyfriend — the same guy you broke up with on bad terms and basically couldn't stand each other.
"the pretty boy has arrived! come here, I'll introduce you—” Sara, the sweet older woman who made sure all the actors on set were comfortable, spoke up. Sam gave her a quick glance, and after noticing your expression along with Drew's, she realized what was happening although no one had told her anything.
