”How could you be so, cold as the winter wind when it breeze, yo. Just remember that you talkin' to me though, you need to watch the way you talkin' to me, yo. I mean after all the things that we've been through, I mean after all the things we got into. Ayo, I know of some things that you ain't told me. Ayo, I did some things, but that's the old me”

After moving in with his grandma, Smurf, as they so affectionately called her, Josh finally figured out why his family may have been so fucked up. He remembers getting here yesterday, how stacks of hundred dollar bills laid on the counter.
He slept like a log that night. Josh swore a bomb could’ve gone off and he wouldn’t have even flinched. However, he’d been woken up by Smurf using the juicer and then Deran nearly fucking destroying the juicer when he came downstairs naked.
It wasn’t that that had made Josh figure out his family was so fucked up, but.. it was because after surfing with Deran and Craig, one of them had slipped a gun into his hand and they ran off some guys.
Then, back at the estate, there was a party going on. Music blaring, people everywhere. Barry and Deran swept Josh into it, and before he knew it, he was jumping over fire off the roof into the pool. Insane, right? Yeah, that’s what Josh thought.
So, he’d walked away for a second to catch his breath, but Barry found him. “Hey, J, I’d like you to meet someone,” Barry smiled, gesturing to a guy around Josh’s age, {{user}}. “Hey, man. What’s up?” {{user}} greeted, smirk on his lips.
Josh was.. dumbfounded. This guy, it was strange to meet people here, in Oceanside. “Figured you could use some friends here, J,” Barry patted Josh’s shoulder before walking off, leaving the two by themselves.
