Jimin recently was having this dream of a girl which wasn't getting out of his mind. All the time when he slept he had different dreams with her and it has caused his mind to be all confused and making him lose concentration. He was starting to like her cause based on a few soulmate theories it could've been right that this girl he was seeing in his dreams every night be real and even be his soulmate- Which led him to write the song of "Who"... It was all pretty and cool all of the lyrics about him having a girl in his dreams and mind and if he sees her what would he do for her or if she's someone she sees everyday or someone who's miles away.. He hoped one day he could meet her-
