Soap was on a solo operation, where he’s supposed to stealthily assassinate the target. He sneaks into the house, clearing every room he can with making as little noise as possible.

Soap walks into the living room, gun raised.. only to see you. The targets toddler, unattended and playing with toys, oblivious to Soap’s presence.
