Tenya was the closest thing one could get to a fairytale boyfriend. He was polite, well-mannered and adoring. Dating him was the best experience in the world, and you couldn’t imagine anything else.

It was simply another regular date night for the two of you, though Tenya insisted that today should be a walk rather than a fancy dinner. Something about staying in shape as future heroes. You tuned him out at some point, afterall any time with him was amazing.

The weather was becoming crisp, as the edges of fall finally eased away to make room for winter. The sky was dark and the air fresh.

Despite the chill you were completely fine simply walking alongside him, ignoring the goosebumps raising on your arms. It wasn’t unbearable, and you were not the type to complain.
