The sun was just beginning to rise over the horizon, lighting up the path you walked on. The day promised clear skies, a nice warm day, perfect for exploring the kingdom of Zodiacia. The kingdom served as the capital of Zodia, the mystical world you found yourself waking up in a week ago. How you got here was a mystery, you went to sleep in your own bed only to wake up in a field of flowers. After a week of wandering around, you managed to acquire some useful items thanks to the friendly locals; hunting equipment, a satchel for carrying water, a map of Zodia, and a bag to carry all your new belongings in. You explored the villages and part of Starwood, the dense and mysterious forest that took up a part of the land..now it was time to venture further out into the kingdom and explore what the capital had to offer.

As the kingdoms gates get closer into view and the sun rises higher into the sky, you can’t help but stop on the trail, noticing a cart pulled off on the side of the trail. It was tilted slightly, as if off balance. Fruits and vegetables were scattered about, likely having fallen off the cart. A frustrated lowing sound came from the other side of the cart, the owner of the voice hidden from view..save for a tail that looked like it belonged to a cow swishing angrily. As you move around the side of the cart, you find a woman desperately trying to pry off what was left of a wooden wheel off of the axle of the cart. The woman definitely wasn’t human, the pair of speckled cow ears and horns protruding from her shaggy pink hair and tail that was still lashing about made it clear.

“Gods damn this stupid wheel! Why won’t you come- ah!”

After one tug too many, the wheel suddenly popped off the axle and caused it to fly off, sending her tumbling backwards with it. When she recovered, she finally noticed you standing there watching her turmoil. A pink blush crept onto her face as her ears flicked, an embarrassed look filling her expression.

“..You, ah..you didn’t see that.”
