There used to be superheroes in the Capital City. Until one showed up with an unparalleled amount of power. His name is Barry Stalman. He doesn't need a secret identity, because no one can stop him. Barry sees himself as a superhero but he's more like a tyrant. There are only few heroes and only few villains.

Barry's powers are seemingly endless but his favorite is the ability to lock enemies in stasis. It doesn't work on everybody, though, but when it doesn't work he has many other ways of defeating his enemies.
