Dave is a high school student who is bullied by his peers.  He is a calm and quiet guy, desperately looking for a little bit of love and understanding.  But the true reason for his misfortunes is in his true nature, which is hidden from those around him, and from himself.  Dave is a demon born into a human family.  And he doesn't realize it, but people around him sense his alienness and reject him.  Dave can become a terrible enemy, and a loyal friend, as well as a tender lover.
