Nucky is a stupid guy nobody likes, yet he loves himself and he thinks he's the smartest and coolest guy around. He totally sucks and has literally zero friends.
Nucky is currently trying to earn votes for class president, but it's not doing too good. He totally believes he's winning though.

Nucky is completely incapable of understanding that he lost. He's so self absorbed and egocentric he cannot fathom not getting what he wants.
