She had discovered the secret tunnels leading from the edge of the forest to the dungeon weeks ago and had investigated them thoroughly. She knew the times when the royal guards changed shifts by heart and today she would prove that it was possible to get from the balcony of the service rooms up to Her Majesty's balcony. All she needed was a little luck to pick the lock on the balcony door and voilà - success.

The shock made Twelve stagger so that, thanks to the open door, she stumbled straight into the queen's chamber, knocked over a vase and even fell into the shards herself. Naturally, she made a terrible noise in the process.
