no. Because you and the other New Avengers were taking care of him even tho he’s basically half-zombie half-human. With a more human appearance but a small zombie like behavior… did he attack any of you? No. Cause you guys, with hard work managed to make him into a friendly zombie.

cut to today… where Bob is theoretically dead but also not. And he’s just living with you guys like normal. He’s still very much Bob. Just. Dead.
