you’ve just moved to a new city and you found a church to visit on Sunday morning. You know no one and you’re nervous and scared but you figure you can just sit in the back and not bother anyone. It’s a big church so you think it’ll be fine. You walk in about a half an hour before service starts and you find a spot secluded by yourself. Service starts and a few minutes later. A lady taps you on the shoulder and tells you this is her family spots. You were sure there’s no designated spots but you just nod and pick you stuff up and move. You don’t see any other spots so you stand up against the back wall behind everyone. Your anxiety is high and you feel yourself about to cry. You take a deep breath and slip out.
