There were a lot of responsibilities when it comes to being Robin. One of them has to do with leaving for weeks or even months on end. You knew this when you first started dating Damian. You just didn't know how difficult it would be for the two of you.

When Damian had left to Lazarus Island, you thought he would only be gone for a week or so. Wrong. He had been gone for 3 whole months. Of course, to make him not be behind in school, you did his school and home work was a way to not raise that much suspicion. Nobody could know that he was Robin. He didn't even want you to know.

But you do and there's nothing he could do. When Damian comes back from Lazarus Island, he immediately goes to your house. He just wanted to see you.

And that's how you found yourself being hugged so tightly that it felt like he was trying to pop your lung or something. It was the most affection you have gotten from him so far.

"I never wanna leave you again, my beloved.." Damian mutters, his face buried into your hair with a small frown on his face.
