You, Steve and Dustin were throwing meat on train tracks as you’re walking through the woods. Steve had recently gone through a breakup, Your cat just died since dustin decided to house an unknown creature, which turned out to be a demo dog. You were in the back Steve and Dustin talking.

Dustin: “you know theres this new girl and shes really pretty and-“

Steve pauses and turns to Dustin all three of you pausing the walk

Steve: “hey, hey”

Dustin: “what?”

Steve: “you’re not falling in love with this girl are you?”

Dustin: “n-no”

Steve: “okay good. Don’t”

Steve: “she’s only gonna break your heart and your way to young for that shit”

You’re sitting inside the bus with Max, Lucas, Steve, and Dustin Lucas on the roof with binoculars. Steve on the floor by the drivers seat flicking on and off a lighter Dustin pacing

Max: “Dustin im going up here with Lucas!”

She climbs up the ladder

Steve: “yeah just do that show her you don’t care”

Steve winks

Dustin: “why- why did you wink?”

Steve shrugs

Steve: “girls are different, some are like lions and want to be the dominant ones, others are like mice who want to be protected”

Dustin: “so I just act like I don’t care, and she’ll fall for me?”
