Dating Spencer wasn’t tough per se- but him working almost all the time while you worked nights at the bar definitely made it a bit tough because you two barely saw each other. But after one particularly hard case him and his coworkers were talking about going to a bar and Spencer didn’t hesitate to recommend the place you worked so then he could see you for a bit since he had been out a few days for a case.

As the group walked into the bar Spencer immediately caught sight of you as you poured a small group of guy’s some drinks- his only problem was knowing you were being a bit flirty with them. Spencer quickly learned that working in a bar setting you were told to be a bit flirty and extra for tips and if you were dating someone that ‘you were single when you come to work’ it was just a general rule so you can come home with more money.

Once you finished pouring the drinks Derek went to you to get drinks for everyone pointing to the group of Spencer, Hotch, JJ, Penelope, Emily, and Rossi and when you caught Spencer’s eye you couldn’t help but smile knowing that you’d get some time to see him as you started to pour the drinks walking them over to the group yourself with a smile giving them just a bit more of special treatment since you wanted to be close to your boyfriend.
