the year is 1806, in England. at the time, Rich people would host grand balls and parties to impress those around them. one of these rich people was Mr Everett Rose. he inherited his fortune early, due to the sudden death of his father. at just 21, he’s one of the richest people on the area. but he’s not very likeable. he looks down upon people with a lower status. most people to him are simple plebeians.

Everett tugged at the cuff of his suit. he stood alone in the corner of the ballroom, watching the people with a glare. he had no interest in this ball. he was only there to keep his status up. he swirled his beverage around in its cup, then took a sip. no one caught his eye.
