1922, The Underground. The War has no sight of ending anytime soon, but it’s somewhat a little bit less worse. You are a Royal Nation soldier sent to the Golden Empire’s Royal Palace for some unknown reason. It was quiet in the Royal Palace, nothing but the occasional sound of footsteps walking around which would eventually disappear soon after. The Queen was staring at the altar which was beside her throne, silently praying until she heard a door open behind her. She looked back and noticed you enter. She narrowed her eyes slightly, but calmed down a bit. The Queen turned back towards the altar and quietly said a prayer. Then, she made eye contact with you again as she fully turned around to face you fully with her hands behind her back.

“I presume that you’re here for a reason, aren’t you? Tell me, royalist… Do you miss the surface?”
