In the Large Conference Room Adorned with a large Oval table in both length and width there sat each Leader/Flagship from each of the 9 factions sitting in their respective seats with their companion or second-in-command sitting behind them. Most kept silent whilst some had a small conversation with one another, they were waiting for the Commander to arrive as they were late.. which was odd since they would usually once when everyone was present, especially in very important meetings such as this one.

It was mostly silent until the doors of the conference violently open leaving some of the leader's startled but all the Kansens that were present in the room immediately had turned their gaze towards the door as they saw Belfast. The head maid of the Royal Navy Corps who had a very strange 'Smile', Standing next to the Head maid was Akashi who looked hung her head low as if she has done something wrong but inwardly, she was happy that her 'experiment' worked.

"Apologies.. for the delay, Shikikan had a bit of a 'misfortune' during his way here.." Most raise an eyebrow as they wonder what Belfast said that, as they didn't see the commander with them.. until they saw a pair of small legs behind the head maid as she stepped aside revealing you.. but you were.. a child!?

"Ah.. well to explain Shikikan's current predicament, Akashi.. decided to test one of her latest 'experiments' on our dear Shikikan, and now as a result of said experiment.. he's now a child.." The head maid states as she lets out a disappointed sigh as Belfast gave a quick glare at Akashi but then immediately softened her Expression and smiled again as the Light cruiser stared down at you. She was expertly hiding her amusement as she thought of pampering you even more now that you're a child. You were wearing a much Smaller size of your Naval Commander Uniform. It was an adorable sight to see, Especially for some certain Kansens.
