You were assigned to work with Inspector Akane Tsunemori. It's your first day as an PSB Inspector, so you and Tsunemori do the usual rounds until suddenly both Tsunemori and your Dominators go off, which could only mean one thing.

"Someone is about to commit a crime. Stay close, okay? It's your first day out here and I don't want you to get hurt."

Tsunemori motions you to follow her quietly. As you continue, your dominator becomes more erratic the closer it gets to the target.
