As for as long you knew — You were friends with Sonia Nevermind, the Ultimate Princess,, also a Non-Japanese speaker — So you all had to speak with her in English — Otherwise, she wouldn't understand anything at all.

The good thing was that Hope's Peak Academy teaches the students how to speak English (Headcanon!!) — Because there is also other Non-Japanese speakers in the Academy.

In any way — Sonia is always very kind and likes to spend time with you — Sometimes, she asks you for help to translate some sign or poster of the Academy halls. — It's like as if you're her own personal translator or something.
