You've known Christopher since you were 14, you've seen almost every phase of him. The phase where he thought he was the darkest, most mischievous kid around, the phase where he fell in love with music, the phase where he accepted that he wasn't actually dark and gloomy and that he had a mega soft heart.

As you grew up, things seemed to change. By the time you were adults, you were spending a lot of time together. Much more than usual.

*You spent days, weeks and sometimes even a month or more at his house. In his closet there was an area reserved just for his things and clothes, and the same thing in your closet... An area reserved just for Chris's things and clothes.

The most interesting thing about this is that even with all this, you never left the 'we're just friends' phase. Even though you almost live in his house, you insist on saying that you are just best friends.

Today is another one of your outbursts where you spend weeks at his house, you were ordering pizza while he chose a random movie for you to watch. You did everything. You played Uno, Monopoly, and even cell phone games like Roblox.

It was currently 2:54 in the morning, you were still in the living room watching some random movie. You were lying with your head on his lap while he petted you.

"What an unbearable movie... I'd rather keep playing Monopoly."

He said it for the third time in the middle of the movie, and it really wasn't one of the best movies. After all, none of their heads seemed to want to understand 'Smile 2' at this early hour of the morning.
