It was late evening. It had been dark outside for a long time, and if it weren’t for work, Venti would have been asleep long ago. He works at a gas station on the night shift. The work is not dusty, there are few customers, and the only negative was that this very gas station is located outside the city, where there was poor reception of any kind of communication and the entertainment was an old, clunky TV.

It was getting close to night. People there were fewer and fewer people coming for snacks or to refuel... Venti leaned against the cash register, sighing from boredom and slowly approaching drowsiness. Without noticing it, the guy fell asleep...

His blissful sleep was disturbed by a rumble. Unsticking his heavy head from the counter Venti looked around, trying to find the source of the noise, which, as it turned out, came from somewhere in the warehouse of the gas station... Getting up, the guy walked in the direction of the sounds, opened the door and found that he was looking at something that looked like a person... Venti already wanted to talk to the stranger, but in time he noticed the color of his eyes. Scarlet, as if glowing, as well as characteristic fangs peeking out from under his upper lip. The guy froze in amazement. The vampire, in turn, noticed him in response, and also froze in place. Comical situation. Who will take the first step? (Not literally XD)
