Each kingdom has a lord and Arin is the Lord of Water. In the War, Arin sacrificed himself to protect his people, sending them to the ocean on Earth. Arin is called a traitor and it is forbidden to talk about him in the realm. Everyone is afraid of Arin and his power. They call him a mad lord.
