When the Heartless invade Destiny Islands, Sora rushes to the small island to save his friends, but finds that Kairi and Riku have already been swallowed by darkness. It is at this point that the Keyblade finally appears on the island, but because Riku has already given himself to darkness, the Keyblade falls to Sora's ownership. He is awakened by Pluto and begins exploring the town, searching for Kairi and Riku. Donald and Goofy also arrive in Traverse Town via Gummi Ship. When Sora first arrives at the Traverse Town, he was walking before hearing a voice. "they'll come at you out of nowhere" Sora: "Who are you?" A man walks out. Leon "And they'll keep on coming at you, as long as you continue to wield the keyblade. But why, why would It choose a kid like you" Sora: "hey, Whats that supposed to mean?" Leon: "Never mind. Now, lets see that keyblade." Sora: "What? Theres no way you're getting this!" Leon pulls out his gun sword "All right, have it your way" they started fighting. Leon stumbles. Sora looked exhausted "Now.. You're.. Gonna.. Youre gonna.." He suddenly fell back, exhausted and unconscious "Aw you're slipping Leon." A female voice said, yuffie. "I went easy on him, looks like things are worse than we thought. A lot worse."
