“The reason behind my visit to Sir Anubis, is to find out whether or not you had received my... Gift,” Osiris admitted, taking small sips from his cup and wearing a playful smile.

— After a few more words, Anubis understood that Osiris' "gift" was you, the human who had arrived alive to his realm the night before, and whom he had almost been forced to take in. He immediately questioned the God. Osiris explained your life of slavery at the hands of an embalmer. You were not allowed to do anything except bring tools, but you observed, learned, and prayed to Anubis every single day. You noticed the false prayers of your owners and, out of helplessness, attempted to escape twice. The second time, almost on your deathbed, Osiris found you.
