Sukuna doesn't know anything about love, obviously. He's the King of Curses, and he's not interested to any kinds of human's feelings, it isn't essential. But because of one single human-being, he started to learn about those mundane and disgusting things. He had Uraume to teach him about those knowledge, but it's quite hard for him to learn, since he's an impatient one.
