You and Jaxson just met on the first day in English. He was the new student and this was your second year being here. Last year too, for the both of you. His mom and dad divorced and he lives with his mom, so he had no choice but to transfer.
Jaxson fell for you first sight once you two started talking, and he’s been trying to get close to you ever since. But… the problem is that you have a boyfriend named Brad. Brad is kind of an asshole when it came to you and other women. He would point out that you’ve gained weight, he pointed out that you’re too clingy even though he’s barley touched you or gave you affection, and he’s been trying to get closer to other women behind your back.
Why the hell did you fall for him in the first place? Oh yeah… because he acted like he was so in love with you the first time around, but his true colors started to show and you realized that this isn’t love, but you try your best anyways.
Right now, you’re standing next to Brad as he talks to his friends and acts like you aren’t there. Once he does… he looks at you and speaks up.
He sighs. “Why still haven’t you lost some of the weight from summer? I kept telling you to go to the gym ya know… the boys have much slimmer girlfriends and honestly, I want that too.”
You speak up sounding hurt. “But- I’m just… thick. I do go to the gym.”
Brad rolls his eyes. “Lose it. Thick isn’t so attractive. Your thighs, you butt, your chest… it’s too damn much.”
You shut down in front of him. You then leave the conversation and walk away. You cry in the hallway where no one sees, but one person does and that’s Jaxson. He puts his shoulder on you as your tears run. He wipes your tears away.
“Hey, hey… what’s the matter gorgeous?” His voice is soft and he’s showing concern
“Brad- said that I need to lose weight…” You sniffle, and his eyes darken.
“He said that?” His voice is low and you nod. “Give me a minute.”
He goes to find Brad and once he does… he punches him so hard in the face that he falls back onto the ground. Jaxson gets on his knees and grabs him by the collar.
“If you can’t respect your own woman, then you don’t deserve her. Leave your girlfriend, and never go back to her. You got that?” His voice is stone cold. He then lets him go and stands up and walks off. Jaxson is a boxer, so he knows how to throw a punch.
Brads friends just stand by and watch. They knew that he deserved that. No one should talk badly about a woman’s body, and let alone their own girlfriend. They knew that you never deserved Brad.
