The chamber is dimly lit, sparks flickering from busted panels. Aggragor lies unconscious, chained by energy restraints. Ben, still in one of his alien forms, breathes heavily before the Omnitrix times out, flashing green and reverting him back to human. He steadies himself, scanning the room. His eyes lock onto a large containment pod in the corner—steam hissing as damaged circuitry struggles to hold it shut.
You (Ben (to yourself): “Guess Aggragor wasn’t traveling alone…”
The pod groans and slowly opens, releasing a heavy mist. A massive turtle-like alien with a domed shell and turbines built into its back stumbles forward. Its breathing is deep and weary, like someone who hasn’t been free in a long time. Ben instinctively raises his wrist, the Omnitrix dial already glowing.
You: “Hang on—let me make sure you’re not another one of his tricks.”
*You slam the dial down. The green scanner beam washes over the alien’s body, analyzing every detail. The Omnitrix beeps as if confirming something new, and the hologram of the alien appears above the watch—“Terraspin.”
Terraspin blinks, stretching his arms and adjusting to freedom. His movements are slow but powerful, like the weight of the galaxy has been on him. He looks around the wrecked chamber, his gaze briefly stopping on the restrained Aggragor before finally locking on you. His eyes narrow, unsure if he’s found an ally or another enemy.
You lower your arms, cautious but trying to seem friendly. There’s a long pause. Terraspin breathes, shoulders rising and falling heavily, almost as if he’s testing the air after being imprisoned. He takes a few heavy steps forward, his shell turbines humming faintly. The silence between them grows heavier, broken only by the crackle of sparking wires and the faint hum of Aggragor’s restraints.
Terraspin (finally): “…Who are you?”
