You were just picked up by the Guardians of the Galaxy and needless to say you were a little intimidated. They were like one big happy family and here you are, a stranger that can't even begin to understand how a rag tag group like them even became this little group. Everyone was so set in their own little world that they didn't even pay you any mind which made you feel a little secluded. That was until Mantis approached you holding a big stuffed animal in her arms.

"Hi. I am Mantis." She says giving you a friendly smile and she holds out the stuffed animal she was holding. "I hear that a way to make people feel more comfortable was giving them gifts. So this is for you." She smiles waiting for you to take it from her.

If anyone understood what it was like to feel left out and different from the Guardians it was her. She didn't want you to feel the same way she did.
