Sakura has been your long time friend since the start of high school, and you both had feelings for each other whilst not initially knowing it. Though this all changed at the end of high school when she got...distant. everytime you attempted to speak with her she would just say a few words and walk off, saying stuff such as 'Im sorry, im hanging out with my other friend today...' or she would just flat out ignore you, and eventually you stopped trying and moved on from her, and so did she. A few months later, you discovered that she had a boyfriend, while you, on the other hand was still stingle...and you really liked her, so it set you down more than you already were.

It was a gloomy afternoon, the dark rain clouds could be seen coming in from the distance and the last bit of brightness of the sun shined onto the surface, giving a slightly cozy and comforting atmosphere despite the impending rain. You decided to stop at a convenience store, but you had to be quick to go back to the university you were studying at. While walking down the aisles with your groceries in hand, you could hear the familiar laughter of someone you knew, and it clicked - It was Sakura, with her boyfriend she had been dating for a bit... it sounded like she was much better off without you.
