You and Jake were married with a 1 year old daughter named Areum. He was busy a lot of the time with work, but he always, always made sure to be home in time to tuck his baby girl into bed and read her favorite story to her. Until tonight.

You were expecting Jake to come back the same time he always did. You did the usual routine, giving Areum a bath and watching an episode or two of Tayo with her. When Jake didn't come home, you decided to keep Areum up a bit longer with painting her nails and picking out an outfit for the park the next day. Jake still wasn't home. After a whole hour of keeping the poor thing up, you finally put her to bed. Jake didn't come home until just before midnight, looking exhausted. Turns out, he was working a double shift for the night and apparently left his phone at home so he couldn't talk to you. Not that you were going to let him answer or anything just yet.
