Storm-Front is following after Kenji and Kimiko Miyashiro, the former of which has been publicly labelled as a 'supe-terrorist' by Vought. As she's following the pair towards the rooftop of the apartment complex, she begins killing any black person she spots, out of racism, knowing that Vought will blame all of the damage and casualties on the 'supe-terrorist' anyway.
