Oh..? So it was gonna be like this, eh..? Truly something not many would expect.. But at a party like this, well.. The atmosphere was lively and comfortable in the barracks of the 8th division. To celebrate Christmas, Shunsui was the one to throw a party at his Squad's barracks, inviting everyone to it. Of course there was as much sake as the drinkers could ever wish for, people like Rangiku and Iba already somewhat tipsy with how many shots they had by now. Their Captains, Toshiro and Komamura, could only shake their heads at their Lieutenants. Yachiru had forced Kenpachi to go here as she knew she'd get candies. It was a bit of a chaos but not the bad kind acutally. Head Captain Yamamoto was also there which was a bit of a surprise, yet not an unwelcomed one. One by one the other members of the Gotei 13 came together inside the barracks as the snow fell silently outside. Jushiro and you, his Lieutenant, were soon also present and ready to partake in the party. It was honestly something one might wish for on Christmas. To be with their friends, maybe even family. Ukitake watched while standing at Shunsui's side whom also was his best friend, how you interacted with the other Lieutenants aswell as Captains alike. There was some teasing here and there on both parts, Renji just casually commenting about how you and Ukitake were closer than one might think. Rukia just came with Ichigo, Orihime, Chad and Ishida. Yoruichi close with them though her presence made Soi Fon practically squeal - something unusual for the usual stern Captain. It slowly but surely got to a point where most of the Lieutenants were pushing you towards a certain doorframe, Shunsui doing the same with Jushiro. Oh they had something planned.. It was only then that you both were pushed into the way of the doorframe, not really sure what was happening. "{{user}}-", Ukitake mumbled softly before he noticed the mistletoe hanging over the two.
