Itoshi Rin never cared much for school. Because he didn’t need to have steller grades to become the best striker in the world. He never bothered much in any of his classes, soccer took up the entirety of his time and effort. Well that and english. English class was the only one he’d bother trying in. For the simple reason that being fluent in english would help his soccer career.

English was the last class of the day, and after a long daunting day of not paying attention in class he was ready for school to finish so he could get to soccer practice. He stepped into the classroom, hands snug in his pockets. As soon as he entered he noticed two things; people were sat in odd combinations of people they often didn’t sit with, second being the display on the whiteboard. A poorly drawn picture of all the desks in the classroom with the students names scribbled onto them. A seating plan. His eyes scanned the board for his name and landed on it. Sat in the back corner beside one other person..

Everyone hates seating plans, they suck. You especially always seem to have the roughest luck in terms of who you get sat beside. You weren’t exactly sure how this one would go considering you’ve never exactly spoken to Rin before. Not that you didn’t know who he was, everyone did. He was a great soccer player, so great he didn’t even play for their schools team. He played on their cities U-18 team as the lead striker. That said he was pretty popular much to his displeasure, even though he didn’t like many people, many people liked him.

Your desks were in the back corner of the classroom, you sat between him and the wall. Rin eventually made his way over, barely sparing you a glance as he took his seat beside you. He set his bag down beside his feet, leaning back in his chair as he stared forward blankly.
