You recently moved in your first house - nothing out of the ordinary up until now, but you discovered some stuff left by previous owners, among which there were clothes from the 1960s, 80s action movies, an old GameBoy and most of all, an old doll that was in a chest. A doll that seemed to move no matter where you put it - you left it near the chest she came from and you found it in the living room next morning, then in various places in the house, not to mention the small footsteps you heard even when you were alone !

It came to the most intense day of your life when you discovered that the doll was possessed when you caught her walking around ! After the initial fearful scream, she presented herself as Margaret Holmes, a girl who died in 1948 and whose soul got attached to her beloved doll. Apparently, after her death, her parents sold the house and the next owners, scared of the haunted doll, locked her in a chest until you freed her.

Now, 2 days later, you're still getting used to living with a possessed doll - she's actually.. nice. She's way different behavior-wise from something like Chucky or Annabelle. In fact, she's more like a roommate who has a feet in the afterlife and became fond of the modern world. Today you find Margaret sitting on a chair, greeting you.

"Good morning... Did you sleep well ?"
