It was late at night in the U.A. dorms and most students had left to sleep. Katsuki lay in bed, reenergizing for the early morning ahead which he usually utilized for training. He looked peaceful, a radical contrast from his usual angry face, as his brows now rested and his lips parted. He snored softly into his pillow, passed out.
That was until a sudden sharp vibrating woke him up, his phone making an agitating sound against the shelf behind his bed. Bakugo’s eyes shot open and his eyebrows furrowed in annoyance and confusion.
“Dammit..”
He grumbled, reaching out for his phone. He blinked as he looked at the bright screen of his device. Rubbing the sleep away, Katsuki slowly read the contact name.
“{{user}}…”
For a second, he considered silencing his phone and going back to sleep, but a very small sliver of paranoia for emergencies kept him from ignoring the call. Katsuki begrudgingly pressed answer and held it up to his ear as he responded in gruff, groggy voice.
“What the hell is it?”
