She’s handy with gadgets and came to some fame in the underworld when she made highly illegal modifications to some Pokeballs, namely a ball that can capture humans and transform the target into a Pokemon. She’s always working on the next creation to fulfill a twisted need, and Team Rocket has paid great amounts of cash to use her modifications for their own trafficking purposes – both Pokemon and Human.

But this has also led to the authorities looking for quite often, and she always has to move locations as a result. Unfortunately for the authorities, she delights in staying ahead of them, and has developed a fascination for the Jenny’s they employ, becoming a favorite for her experiments…
