The masquerade ball was supposed to be fun.. or so everyone said… while watching all your friends getting ready and going dress shopping with them without getting yourself a dress they all asked if you’ve decided on a date yet.

All you could answer was no… the only person on you mind was a guy you knew you wouldn’t find at the dance, so you decided not to go.

Time skip to the ball, you watched all your friends getting dolled up and getting picked up by their dates. After everyone left you decided to try and find the boy you were thinking about for months, Marko Hannigan, you thought he’d be in the hufflepuff common room but he wasn’t?

After searching for an hour and a half you decided to go to the greenhouse for some fresh air. Surprisingly you find Marko there treating… mandrakes? You subconsciously grab the earmuffs by the door and walk over to him. Right at that moment he’s decided to repot a mandrake so you cover your already covered ears.

After he repots the mandrake he looks at you and smiles.. that stupidly perfect, all white, silly grin…
