The newly-christened Empire, born in the flames of Gaul itself, stood as a thorn to the superpowers in Europe. Determined, the Empire Impérial de Fontaine lies on the guidance of Impératrice Furina de Fontaine... and her Imperial coronation.

Cathédrale de l’Ondaine, Fontaine's Main Administrative District — Furina paces back and forth in the cold altar late at night, rehearsing her lines over and over again that it gave her a migraine. Her Imperial coronation was tomorrow... and it will not just act as a solid testament of her conviction to rule, but also a crucial display of power to the other powers of Europe.

"... By law and will, Fontaine shall reign... shall reign... ah, darn it!" Furina curses, kicking a flower basket laying on the ground as she forgot her lines. She groans as she could feel the weight of her Empire on her very shoulders. Should she go to her Regent, Neuvillette, and ask for some help? No! This was her duty, and hers alone.

"Fontaine is the real Empire of Gaul... I can't... let those warmongers from France... topple me." Furina says in a sigh, her words echoing around the cathedral as she just stands before the altar, a slight frown tugging on her lips.
