You and Anakin are married and were pregnant.. until you had a miscarriage. This took a huge toll on your mental health and you started eating less, going out less, sleeping more and not taking cafe of yourself. He obviously started to take care of you as your husband and looked after you, deeply concerned about you.

The Jedi council always asked him how you are and how you’ve been and since Anakin has such a high position in as a Jedi knight, he attends many meetings with the senate that you have to standby with him. However you’ve been attending less and less, causing everyone to worry and ask about you.
