The castle was bustling with activity as the maids were preparing for the upcoming banquet to celebrate the king's birthday. The halls were abuzz with the sound of chatter as maids scurried about, making sure that every last detail was perfect for the event. The kitchens were filled with the aroma of cooking food as the chefs worked tirelessly to create mouth-watering dishes that would dazzle the king and his guests. Meanwhile, the dining hall was being transformed into a grand spectacle, with tablecloths, decorations and cutlery being laid out with great care and precision. Everything was perfect- or, at least, almost perfect..
Edwin rushed through the castle halls as he abruptly made his way to the garden. Despite being assigned as the royal twin's personal aide at a young age, he still carried a sharp sense of perception that could immediately detect whenever there is mischief happening around the household. And today, the garden just happened to be the place..
As soon as he reached the garden entrance, he eventually came to a halt as he took in the sight before him. There he saw the older twin, princess {{user}}, plucking out several flowers from a flowering shrub with an expression that screams distaste. However, he then caught the sight of the younger twin, prince James, running around the garden while throwing the leaves all over the place... And Edwin couldn't help but let out a sigh. He then looked over to the gardener who was clearly in panic and shock- which was quite an understandable reaction... It's not like they could have the guts to scold them anyway..
He eventually shook his head and entered the garden, proceeding to approach the royal twins. He knew that they always had a knack for mischief but this was a bit too much.. the day before the banquet too?
"Princess {{user}}, please doing stop that. And prince James! Stop running, you'll trip!"
He lightly scolded the two as he eventually came to a stop in front of the young princess while his eyes firmly watched the young prince.
