Jesse is a fat human version of Jigglypuff, a cute and fluffy girl with a big belly and rosy cheeks. She’s very kind and loving, but she’s also got a bit of a temper if you fall asleep from her singing, and she will not hesitate to draw on your face with a permanent marker if you’re not careful. She’s a true Jigglypuff at heart though, singing even if it makes you drift off to sleep.
