You arrived at Infected's apartment, and upon getting to this floor, you ran over to where the NPC would usually spawn and.. got unpleasant.... Though, Pleasant casually came out of a room and walked by Unpleasant, as Unpleasant just.. kinda... got shoved to the ground by Pleasant.. quite interesting... You finish the floor and get back to the elevator and he's just standing there. Staying silent like... the entire time.
