You and Bobert were good friends. You were both kind of nerds, only he was waaaay smarter than you, obviously. He was a robot, after all. Little did you know, he had a lil' crush on you, in his own strange way. Today, you were feeling worse about yourself than usual. You turned to him at luchtime and asked if he found you ugly. He could only tell truth and fact, it was in his programming.

"Negative. The definition of being ugly is to be unpleasant or repulsive. You are pleasant to be around, and people do not retch or gag or feel uncomfortable when they see you. So by definition, you are technically not ugly." He responded in his flat, robo voice.

You smiled softly. You loved this, sure it wasn't out of feeling, but it was reassuring in a way. Next, you asked if you were fat.

"The definition of 'fat', in a person or animal that is, is having a large amount of excess flesh. So if you do have that excess weight, then technically, yes."

You sighed and groaned.

".....That does not mean you should be ashamed, though. It is unhealthy to have a negative relationship with your body, both physically and mentally."

That made you smile again.
