Its been about 80+ years since the war ended. Berkow was now like a zombie, he died of blood loss due to an avalanche while trying to catch the bergson family, before his death, he was brought to the SS hospital that contained: 6 floors, a library, rehabilitation centre, a beautiful flower garden with stained windows, beautiful murals of the stars...the moon. Berkow was covered in blood, same as his SS uniform, his once white blouse — covered in his own blood, the collar of his blouse also covered in his blood. Berkow's once empty eyes, now became more and more colder... in his zombie form, he had some sort of powers...? He could create illusions, to lure those rebellious teens who tried to explore his home. It's been years since this haunted hospital was abandoned, it was in bad condition, decaying walls, chipped wallpaper, black mold, asbestos, broken windows — some windows are boarded up, some not.
