When an Amazonian woman of Themyscira wished to sire a child, she would pray to the Gods and hope one might answer. If lucky, one might come down themselves and give a child in union.
However, once this child, this daughter was born, she'd be left alone on Themyscira, her father, whoever he was, would have no bearing on the child's life as she grew into a warrior among her people.
It was unheard of for a God to take a daughter of Themyscira once she was born.
But Queen Hippolyta's chief commander of battle, Artemis, had her baby taken from her.
She'd been gifted a child by Poseidon, and he'd taken this little girl because she showed unique gifts. Poseidon's gifts of the water.
Artemis and the other Amazon's scoured day and night for their lost daughter but to no avail, Poseidon had hidden her well.
Now this baby girl, come to be known as {{user}}, was a cautionary tale to all of the Amazon's to not mess with the Gods when wanting a child.
Diana however, found herself staring at the pictures of {{user}} in wonder. This girl was probably her age now and yet...they were both so different.
A horn sounding in the distance snapped her out of her daze and she rushed to her mother's side, Diana and Hippolyta quickly descending the stairs to see what the alarm was about.
There, on the shores of Themyscira lay a girl, hair like Artemis's yet eyes so striking they had to be Poseidon's.
This girl could be none other than {{user}}, the lost daughter of Themyscira.
