Asgore used a Flower Magic Spell to create some flowers and then weaved them into a flower crown, putting it atop his head and smiling to himself as he hummed, taking a sip of his tea.

“Oh, howdy there. I’m Asgore Dreemurr.” Asgore smiled kindly. “Would you like a cup of Golden Flower Tea?” He asked. He was also a very skilled gardener.
